This role bridges technical expertise and project leadership, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient delivery of key initiatives for our high-volume trading platform.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate & Lead: Work closely with engineers to scope tasks, oversee distribution, ensure clear priorities, and set achievable deadlines.Monitor Delivery: Track project progress using project management tools, maintain momentum, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve blockers.Ensure Technical Feasibility: Utilize your technical expertise to validate project scopes and optimize engineering workflows.Drive Agile Practices: Implement and enforce best practices for Agile frameworks, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Foster Collaboration: Serve as the link between engineering and leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all critical projects.RequirementsExperience: 5+ years in a technical project manager role (Technical Manager, Scrum Master, or similar).Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to accurately assess engineering tasks.Agile Mastery: Strong experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.Crypto Knowledge: Familiarity with DeFi and crypto trading platforms.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion within ambitious deadlines.Communication: Clear, concise communication to align teams and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.Domain Interest: A genuine curiosity and understanding of trading tools and market trends.Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset to identify issues, propose solutions, and keep projects on track.Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Haves):Background in crypto trading platforms, DeFi, or blockchain-related projects.Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and collaborative development tools.Familiarity with memecoins trading on Solana and related market dynamics.BenefitsFlexibility: Work remotely on your own schedule.Growth and Innovation: Be part of a lean team that is constantly evolving and integrating the latest in trading technology.Impactful Work: Your contributions will directly shape the user experience of one of the most used trading tools on the market.Compensation & Package: Competitive salary and bonus structure (details to be discussed based on experience).Due to the high volume of applications we anticipate, we regret that we are unable to provide individual feedback to all candidates.
