Job Description: Ihre Aufgaben: Erstellung von Pflichtenheften Elektrokonstruktion/Programmierung Definition und Detaillierung der Schnittstellen zu den beteiligten Gewerken und Fachabteilungen Erstellen der Schalt-/Stromlaufpläne inkl. Stückliste Schaltschrankbau, Installation, Montage und Verkabelung von Komponenten an Maschinen und Anlagen Programmierung von SPS, HMI, Antrieben, Sicherheits-SPS Koordination der Arbeiten und Zusammenarbeit mit den beteiligten Gewerken und Fachabteilungen Ausschreibung, Vergabe, Überwachung und Abnahme von externen Leistungen, z.B. Schaltschrankbau, Installationen, Kabelmontage Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Maschinen- und CE - Dokumentation, u.a. Messprotokolle Unterstützung der Instandhaltung, z.B. bei Maschinenstörungen Schulung und Einweisung in die Bedienung von und die Fehlersuche an neuen Maschinen / AnlagenIhr Profil: Dipl.-Ing. (FH), Bachelor, Master der Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Richtung Mindestanforderung: Meisterqualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Elektrokonstruktion und SPS-Programmierung im Sondermaschinenbau Sehr gute E-CAD-Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise ECSCAD Sehr gute SPS-Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise SIMATIC (SIMATIC-Manager, TIA-Portal) Gute Antriebs-Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise LENZE Erfahrung und sicherer Umgang mit den einschlägigen Normen und der Maschinenrichtlinie Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gesundheitliche Eignung (G25 und G41) Notfallbereitschaft für die Elektronenbeschleuniger (KEINE Rufbereitschaft) Kenntnisse in der Technik von Elektronenbeschleunigern und im Strahlenschutz von Vorteil (Vakuumtechnik, Hochspannungstechnik, Umgang mit Gasen (Stickstoff, Schwefelhexafluorid SF6)) Hands-On Mentalität und selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise#JobsEMEANAABOUT TE CONNECTIVITYTE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
