Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Pflichtenheften Elektrokonstruktion/Programmierung
  • Definition und Detaillierung der Schnittstellen zu den beteiligten Gewerken und Fachabteilungen
  • Erstellen der Schalt-/Stromlaufpläne inkl. Stückliste
  • Schaltschrankbau, Installation, Montage und Verkabelung von Komponenten an Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Programmierung von SPS, HMI, Antrieben, Sicherheits-SPS
  • Koordination der Arbeiten und Zusammenarbeit mit den beteiligten Gewerken und Fachabteilungen
  • Ausschreibung, Vergabe, Überwachung und Abnahme von externen Leistungen, z.B. Schaltschrankbau, Installationen, Kabelmontage
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Maschinen- und CE - Dokumentation, u.a. Messprotokolle
  • Unterstützung der Instandhaltung, z.B. bei Maschinenstörungen
  • Schulung und Einweisung in die Bedienung von und die Fehlersuche an neuen Maschinen / Anlagen

Ihr Profil

  • Dipl.-Ing. (FH), Bachelor, Master der Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Richtung Mindestanforderung: Meisterqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Elektrokonstruktion und SPS-Programmierung im Sondermaschinenbau
  • Sehr gute E-CAD-Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise ECSCAD
  • Sehr gute SPS-Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise SIMATIC (SIMATIC-Manager, TIA-Portal)
  • Gute Antriebs-Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise LENZE
  • Erfahrung und sicherer Umgang mit den einschlägigen Normen und der Maschinenrichtlinie
  • Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gesundheitliche Eignung (G25 und G41)
  • Notfallbereitschaft für die Elektronenbeschleuniger (KEINE Rufbereitschaft)
  • Kenntnisse in der Technik von Elektronenbeschleunigern und im Strahlenschutz von Vorteil (Vakuumtechnik, Hochspannungstechnik, Umgang mit Gasen (Stickstoff, Schwefelhexafluorid SF6))
  • Hands-On Mentalität und selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
