Function descriptionWe're currently partnering with leading engineering firms across the Maritime, Offshore or Energy sectors to find talented professionals ready to make a difference. Key Responsibilities Perform structural design and analysis for steel, concrete, and composite structures Develop and review technical drawings, calculations, and reports Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery Apply Eurocodes and relevant standards in design work Use structural software such as SCIA Engineer, Tekla Structures, Robot Structural Analysis, or similar Participate in client meetings and provide technical input during project phases Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within your team RequirementsWhat We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering 3+ years of experience in structural design (junior to senior roles available) Familiarity with offshore, maritime, industrial, or infrastructure projects Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus) Experience with BIM and multidisciplinary coordination is an advantage Why Work With Us Access to exciting projects across the Netherlands Opportunities for long-term career growth and development Work with companies committed to sustainability and innovation Interested?
