As part of the further increase in the efficiency of our maintenance processes, you will work with representatives of the central plant maintenance departments to develop process standards and procedures and be jointly responsible for the digitization of this process. Together with our Digital Factory Campus in Berlin, you will support the development and introduction of digital tools that support and relieve the operational maintenance of the plants in fault management, spare part order process, documentation, error analysis and other tasks. You will work in a department that is represented at 3 locations in Germany and that manages and coordinates the maintenance cooperation of our plants in Germany, the USA, Hungary, South Africa and China. You play a key role in bringing operative business and data scientists together, you lead projects with international relevance and impact and develop solutions yourself.Profil- An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate) in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Data Science, Economics or comparable course of study- Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)- At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)- Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends- We value applicants who show a strong sense of social responsibility- Excellent English skills (C1) and German (B2)- You are eager to shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with exceptional analytical abilities- You demonstrate strong teamwork skills who motivates others to achieve their goalsWe are looking forward to your application.
