At SUSONITY, we're seeking a dynamic Senior Commercial Excellence Manager to take a pivotal role in empowering our sales organization worldwide.As a key member of our Global Commercial Organization, you will lead a passionate team and play a central role in building strategies, systems, and tools that elevate commercial success across all regions.Lead and inspire a small, high-performing team of commercial systems and tools expertsDesign and implement global commercial excellence strategies that boost sales force effectiveness and deliver measurable impactOptimize and evolve our commercial infrastructure — from pricing and customer segmentation to lead management, opportunity tracking, and campaign performanceLeverage data and analytics to generate insights, drive decision-making, and track performance through meaningful KPIsChampion digital transformation by enhancing the use of CRM (Salesforce) and digital tools across the organizationCoordinate and strengthen launch excellence for new products and campaigns in close collaboration with Marketing and Regional teamsBuild and standardize frameworks to ensure global alignment and consistency in commercial practicesCollaborate cross-functionally to align global and regional priorities and ensure seamless commercial executionSupport post-merger integration, ensuring a unified and high-performing commercial setupA degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Commercial Strategy within the B2B or Chemical industryStrong command of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and pricing softwareProven project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical strength and a passion for data-driven decision-makingExceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English; additional languages are a plus
