HVAC Consultant

We are looking for an HVAC Engineer to join our teams in Frankfurt, Germany and support the design, revamp, and optimization of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for GMP manufacturing environments in pharma and biotech environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and revamp HVAC systems to ensure compliance with cleanroom requirements, pressure cascades, temperature, and humidity control.
- Support facility upgrades by adapting air handling systems to new processes, technologies, or regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with cleanroom, utility, and production teams to ensure HVAC design aligns with operational needs.
- Manage commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) activities related to HVAC equipment and systems.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as URS, technical specifications, as-built drawings, and change controls.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for energy efficiency, airflow optimization, and sustainable solutions.
Your Profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC engineering within pharmaceutical/biotech facilities.
- Proven expertise in cleanroom HVAC design, revamp, and qualification.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GEP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience in commissioning and validation of HVAC systems.
- Fluent English and German is mandatory.
