Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in München suchen wir ab sofort eine/n engagierte/n Landschaftsarchitekt*in / Ingenieur*in / Gartenbautechniker*in mit Berufserfahrung (w/m/d) für die Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Projekte in den Leistungsphasen 5-8 (HOAI-Freianlagen) – Schwerpunkt Bauüberwachung.

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit | Einstieg als: Berufserfahrene*r (w/m/d) | Standort: München

Ihre Aufgabenbereiche

  • Projektbearbeitung und Projektleitung für die Leistungsphasen 5-8 der Freianlagenplanung
  • Selbständige, qualitativ hochwertige Baustellenbetreuung / Bauüberwachung
  • Durchführen von Bauabnahmen
  • Zusammenstellen und Prüfen der Dokumentationsunterlagen
  • Führen und Koordinieren aller Projektbeteiligten am Bau
  • Leiten von Baubesprechungen
  • Teilnahme an Planungs- und Fachplanungsbesprechungen
  • Erstellen von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Mitwirken bei Vergaben
  • Qualitäts-, Termin- und Kostenkontrolle
  • Aufmaß-, Rechnungs- und Nachprüfungen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern und Behörden
  • Präsentation von Projekten (z.B. vor Auftraggebern, Behörden und in Gremiensitzungen)

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Bauingenieurwesen oder Landschaftsarchitektur bzw. staatlich geprüfter Techniker*in (w/m/d) im Garten- und Landschaftsbau.
  • min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Leistungsphasen 5-8 der Freianlagenplanung
  • Klasse B Fahrerlaubnis
  • Sichere rechtliche Kenntnisse (VOB, LBO, HOAI)
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (AutoCAD, AVA-Programme (Orca), MS-Office)
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Verlässlichkeit
