Internal Channel Account Manager

Working for a global hardware and Software Technology Company you will driving relationships across the Channel securing further partnerships with internal Distributors selling and reselling specific products and solutions.
You are someone that understands the Channel, how to influence and work at a strategic level. You will be instrumental in guiding through process and working closely with aligned partners to achieve success in new business and revenue.
Responsibilities:
As an Internal Channel Account Manager you will:
- Take ownership of assigned German accounts
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for assigned accounts or territory with manager's input
- Develop strong relationships with key channel contacts and leverage to advantage
- Utilize sponsorships, marketing initiatives, etc. to promote partnership and improve the business within the channel
- Deliver high impact sales presentations and product training
- Generate leads, nurture and expand existing relationships and identify opportunities for potential future growth
- Detect untapped markets and establish strategies for increasing revenue through influencing partners
- Have a deep understanding of both software and hardware products and services along with competitor offerings and be able to educate partners/ customers in a persuasive yet engaging manner. (All training to be provided)
- Manage partner C-Level relationships including financial (revenue) and legal (contractual) interactions
- Identify training and development requirements
- Work towards a set of KPIs
- Focus on product placement and promotional activities to increase sales
- Build and implement a business development and revenue plan
- Perform business reviews and recommend improvements
- Manage sales activities and maintain sales records and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelors or equivalent experience
- 2 -5+ years of applicable work experience in sales
- Experience working with different consultant companies
- Ability to identify high-revenue partners
- Sales minded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Data driven
- Native speaker of German language and advanced level of English
- Willingness to travel accross Germany
