Your mission

Du bist jemand, der sich für Social-Media-Trends begeistert, insbesondere im Bereich Beauty, gerne mit Videobearbeitungsprogrammen arbeitet und Freude daran hat, Rohmaterial aus Kampagnen in aufmerksamkeitsstarke Anzeigen zu verwandeln? 

Wir suchen eine kreative, motivierte Person für unser Marketing Team in Teilzeit (20 Stunden pro Woche), die uns bei der Konzeption, Bearbeitung und Produktion von bezahlten Social-Media-Inhalten im UGC-Stil unterstützt. 

  • Bearbeite und optimiere Inhalte für Paid Social auf verschiedenen Plattformen (Meta, TikTok usw.). 

  • Verwandle Rohmaterial zu Produkten, Influencer-/UGC-Inhalte und kreative Assets in Videoanzeigen mit hoher Conversion Rate.

  • Füge nach Bedarf Musik, Soundeffekte, Untertitel, grafische Überlagerungen und Übergänge hinzu und stelle sicher, dass die Bearbeitungen für die jeweilige Plattform optimiert ist (Seitenverhältnis, Länge usw.).

  • Erstelle mehrere Versionen oder "Split-Tests" von Hooks/Intros, um zu sehen, welche am besten funktionieren.

  • Arbeite mit UGC-Erstellern zusammen, um eine zeitnahe Lieferung der Assets sicherzustellen.

  • Bleibe über Plattform Trends, virale Inhalte und Bearbeitungstechniken auf dem Laufenden, um neue Ideen zu entwickeln.

  • Arbeite eng mit dem Performance-Marketing-Team zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Inhalte mit den Branding- und Kampagnen Zielen übereinstimmen. 



Your profile

  • Mindestens 1 Jahr praktische Erfahrung in der Videobearbeitung und Erstellung von Kurzform-Inhalten

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Trends, Funktionen und kreativen Best Practices von TikTok und Instagram, insbesondere im Beauty-Bereich.

  • Sicherer Umgang mit CapCut, der In-App von TikTok oder anderen Bearbeitungswerkzeugen

  • Neugier und praktische Erfahrung (oder starke Lernmotivation) Generative KI-Tools für die Videoerstellung (z. B. oder ähnliches)

  • Ein ästhetisches Auge und eine Leidenschaft für Schönheit mit der Fähigkeit, Inhalte zu erstellen, die Trendbewusstsein, Kreativität und Leistung in Einklang bringen.

  • Ein Gespür für Marketing-Sprache und Storytelling-Fähigkeiten in Formaten von weniger als 60 Sekunden

  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (fließend, C1 oder höher) und Englisch (professionelle Arbeitskenntnisse, C1).
