Responsibilities: What You'll Own

As our Product Manager, you drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product ecosystem - ensuring we build the right things, the right way, at the right time.

What You'll Do

• Develop and own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for our platform & hardware-integrated solutions

• Translate complex business and operational needs into clear product requirements

• Collaborate closely with engineering, hardware, operations, and design to deliver high-quality features end-to-end

• Gather insights from customers, partners, internal teams, and field data to guide decision-making

• Define product specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows

• Lead discovery sessions, validation phases, and iterative improvements

• Monitor product performance, define KPIs, and ensure continuous product excellence

• Drive alignment across all stakeholders — from suppliers to operations to leadership

• Represent the product internally and externally, ensuring clarity, impact, and vision

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles (software, IoT, mobility, logistics tech, or hardware-adjacent products)

• Strong understanding of digital product development, user journeys, and technical fundamentals (APIs, system architecture, integrations)

• Comfort working with cross-functional teams - engineering, design, hardware, operations

• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and translate them into actionable plans

• Structured, analytical mindset paired with creativity and pragmatism

• Experience leading stakeholders and driving projects autonomously

• Strong English communication, German beneficial

• Hands-on, ownership-driven attitude - you make things move

• Knowledge of agile methods, product discovery, and validation frameworks

Nice to have:

• Experience with IoT products, mobility solutions, or platform-based systems

• Experience with early-stage products, scaling products, or venture environments

• Familiarity with UX, service design, or hardware-software integrations
