Role 1: Senior Analog IC Design Engineer

Overview

We are working with a growing semiconductor organisation, who are hiring experienced Analog IC Design & Layout Engineers in 2026. The role covers full custom analog and mixed-signal IC development from specification to silicon validation.

Key Responsibilities

-Design analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks

-Create schematics, run simulations, and verify performance

-Define block-level specifications and interfaces

-Perform corner, Monte Carlo, and reliability analysis

-Review and guide layout for critical analog blocks

-Support silicon bring-up, characterisation, and debug

-Participate in formal design reviews

Required Experience and Skills

-Proven tape-out experience in an industrial environment

-Strong knowledge of analog circuit blocks

-Solid understanding of CMOS and/or BCD technologies

-Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso or equivalent EDA tools

-Strong understanding of noise, matching, stability, and reliability

Role 2: Senior Analog IC Layout Engineer

Key Responsibilities

-Create full-custom analog and mixed-signal IC layouts

-Translate schematics into manufacturable layouts

-Apply matching, symmetry, shielding, and noise mitigation techniques

-Run and close DRC, LVS, and ERC checks

-Support tape-out and post-silicon activities

-Improve layout quality and consistency

Required Experience and Skills

-Demonstrated tape-out experience in production environments

-Experience with CMOS and/or BCD processes

-Expert use of Cadence Virtuoso Layout or equivalent tools

-Solid understanding of parasitics, matching, and reliability constraints

-Ability to own complex layouts independently

Eligibility

-Based in Germany or willing to relocate

-Legal right to work in Germany

-English required

-Minimum 5 years commercial experience in analog
