Für den Standort München suchen wir:

(Senior) Hardware Design Engineer (m/w/d) Zuken

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Hardware-Entwicklungsteams bei der Erstellung oder Aktualisierung von Mixed-Signal-Board-Designs
  • Entwicklung von elektrischen Schaltungen gemäß internen luftfahrtspezifischen Entwicklungsstandards (u. a. Belastungsanalyse, Toleranzanalyse, Design-Begründung) basierend auf Board-Level-Anforderungen und ersten Designideen
  • Durchführung von Analogsimulationen verschiedener Funktionen
  • Berücksichtigung von EMV-Anforderungen
  • Umsetzung des Designs in Schaltpläne (Tool: ZUKEN)
  • Definition von Layoutvorgaben für entwickelte Schaltungen
  • Verifizierung der entwickelten Schaltungen auf Breadboards

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) in der analogen Schaltungsentwicklung im Luftfahrtbereich für Inflight-Equipment
  • Erfahrung im Mixed-Signal-Design (z. B. LVDT, Frequenzaufnahme, ADC-Design, digitale Kerne wie MPC5777, Speicherdesign z. B. DDR3, Datenbus-Design z. B. RS422)
  • Kenntnisse in analytischen Entwurfsmethoden (Toleranzanalyse, Belastungsanalyse)
  • Erfahrung in Schaltungssimulation (z. B. PSpice, LTSpice, MathCad)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Schaltplan- und Layout-Tools (z. B. Zuken)
  • Erfahrung in der Verifizierung von analogen Schaltungen
  • Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B2 (GER); Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse im DO254-Prozess und in Avionik-Prozessen (Standards, Anforderungen, Nachverfolgbarkeit etc.)
