THE JOB

As Director, Marketing & Advertising Services – DACH (Germany, Austria Switzerland) you will design, implement, and scale Ticketmaster's client and fan marketing service offering across the region. You will report directly to the Managing Director, Germany. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for B2C growth, defining the B2B Marketing services offering and cross-country marketing operations, ensuring top line KPI growth and integration of marketing into our broader commercial and sales strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, as well as the London-based central marketing organization at Ticketmaster. The successful candidate will be the face of marketing at Ticketmaster in front of prospects and existing customers in DACH. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role requiring strategic thinking, operational execution, and strong client-facing experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Establish and lead the new Marketing & Advertising Services organization for the DACH region.
  • Develop the regional marketing services portfolio - defining offerings, pricing, delivery processes, and ROI frameworks.
  • Own marketing budget planning and allocation across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Design a best in class B2B marketing strategy and implement it across markets.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Client Development, and Finance to embed marketing services in go-to-market activities.
  • Oversee B2C demand generation campaigns and performance marketing across digital and retail channels.
  • Lead and mentor a team covering CRM, performance, brand, client marketing, design, and analytics.
  • Represent Ticketmaster's marketing capabilities externally in pitches, conferences, and industry partnerships.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders, including Global Marketing and Product teams in London, to align global best practices with local needs.
  • Implement tools and automation to optimize campaign efficiency and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and innovation within the marketing organization.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • 10+ years' experience in senior marketing or commercial leadership roles within live entertainment, media, or digital services.
  • Proven ability to build marketing service models and/or manage marketing as a commercial product.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of commercial success.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multi-market budgets and teams.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in client environments.
  • Fluency in German and English, French is a plus
    Deep understanding of Austrian and Swiss markets
