Your Activities, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities*

  • Be the link to the Business Functions to ensure full and up to date performance measurements and follow-up on corrective actions ( KPI Dashboard )

  • Drive deployment, follow and promote principles and measurement defined within the end to end quality management system

  • Guide and contribute to the definition of directives, methods and templates
  • Participate in audit preparation. Guidance in preparation and follow up
  • Drive local process or methods describing the governance, roles and rules (e.g for KPIs, quality gates, escalation, visual management,...) required by/defined by the respective department
  • Drive evaluation and surveillance means (e.g. KPI) defined with the business to secure adherence to the standard and continuous improvement
  • Initiate, participate and contribute to " best practices and lessons learned " for process management and improvement

*Required Competencies*

  • Experience of SAP

  • You are a good communicator who can quickly adapt to, and influence, all levels of the KID organisation

  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Process and results driven mindset
  • Experience of interacting with internal and external audit teams
