Model-based SW Develop. Eng. for Cabin Mgmt. (d/f/m) limited 12 months Ref.10231114

**Your responsibilities**:
The jobholder (d/f/m) works as a Software Development Engineer for Cabin Solutions (product development).
- Defining software requirements and designs based on the system specification
- Develop, test and integrate software components as well as creating test cases and procedures
- Create the software lifecycle documentation
- In charge of configuration and release management for software artefacts
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the software development process

- The ability to quickly recognize and understand technical connections and functionality analyze
- Independent, structured and result-oriented work in order to achieve goals on time achieve and coordinate work processes efficiently
- Strong communication skills to deal with contacts at all levels to work together

**Professional qualifications**:

- Computer science at least Bachelor's degree or
- Business informatics at least Bachelor's degree course

**Professional experience**:

- Development over at least 3 years
- IT / information systems at least over 3 years
- Software development at least 3 years

**IT**:

- C programming language is required: Using common programming languages (embedded C) for bare-machine or real-time operating systems

**knowledges**:

- Embedded software knowledge

**Language Skills**:

- At least advanced in German
- At least business fluent in English

**further knowledges**:

- Agile and DevOps development practices and tools (e.g. Jira, Github, Jenkins) are an advantage
- DO 178 process knowledge is an advantage
- model-based software development tools (e.g. SCADE) and modeling languages (UML/SysML) are beneficial
