Deine Aufgaben
- Du analysierst das Geschäftsmodell und die Geschäftsprozesse des Kunden
- Du erarbeitest mit dem Kunden eine maßgeschneiderte Organisation, Regeln und Abläufe für das Geschäftsprozess-Management
- Du entwickelst das übergreifende Geschäftsprozess-Framework des Kunden (Level 1-2)
- Du erfasst Geschäftsprozesse des Kunden in einer strukturierten Form und dokumentierst sie toolgestützt
- Du berätst den Kunden hinsichtlich geeigneter Software für die Dokumentation, Weiterentwicklung und Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen (in der Regel SAP Signavio)
- Du unterstützt du beim Process Mining und der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit Hilfe neuester SAP-Technologie und KI
Dein Profil
- Du hast Berufserfahrung in der Prozess- oder Organisationberatung
- Erfahrungen mit Prozessmodellierungswerkzeugen (vorzugsweise mit SAP Signavio) sind von Vorteil
- Du handelst kundenorientiert und arbeitest selbstständig, zielorientiert und sorgfältig
- Du denkst strategisch, verstehst technologische Zusammenhänge und begeisterst Dich für Innovation
- Du präsentierst sicher und überzeugend – auch vor Entscheider:innen
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
