  • In Ihrer Rolle als Process & Integration Manager unterstützen Sie die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des gruppenweiten Prozessmanagements
  • Sie analysieren bestehende Prozesse, identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale und wirken aktiv an der Umsetzung effizienter und gesetzeskonformer Abläufe mit
  • Gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams begleiten Sie bereichsübergreifende Projekte und übernehmen die Verantwortung für Projekte / einzelne Projektmodule
  • Sie moderieren Workshops zur Prozessgestaltung und sorgen für eine transparente Kommunikation mit relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Sie tragen dazu bei, Methoden und Tools für die Prozessoptimierung weiterzuentwickeln und unterstützen bei der Organisation interner Veranstaltungen
  • Sie bereiten Ergebnisse auf und präsentieren diese gegenüber Management und Projektteams
Was uns gemeinsam erfolgreich macht
  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master) in Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder Ingenieurwissenschaften; idealerweise Promotion in einem relevanten Bereich
  • Erfahrung: Erste praktische Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement, Projektmanagement oder in der Organisationsentwicklung (z. B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten)
  • Know-how und Skills: Grundkenntnisse in Prozessmodellierung (bevorzugt ARIS), analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Nice to have: Erfahrung in Workshop-Moderation und Kenntnisse in Business Process Management
  • Persönlichkeit: Hohe Auffassungsgabe, Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift sowie Reisebereitschaft
