Potential for Full-Time Offer after internship

About kinoora:

kinoora is on a mission to revolutionize the film industry. We're building a bold, community-driven streaming platform that gives indie filmmakers true control and fair rewards for their work. Unlike traditional platforms, kinoora empowers filmmakers to connect directly with audiences, retain 100% of their rights, and earn a fair share - up to 80% - of the revenue. Our platform breaks down barriers, challenges outdated industry standards, and helps filmmakers become successful on their own terms. But kinoora isn't just for filmmakers - it's for film lovers too. We offer viewers the chance to dive into a world of films and series outside the mainstream, discovering original, high-quality indie stories they won't find anywhere else. Launching in November in the EU and UK, kinoora is where creativity, independence, and community come together. If you're passionate about film, digital storytelling, and making a real impact from day one, we'd love to have you shape this journey with us.

Why This Role is Unique

  • Work Side-by-Side with the Founder: Directly support kinoora's founder and gain hands-on experience in all areas of building and scaling a startup.
  • Strategic & Operational Impact: Be involved in everything from business development and product to customer support, daily operations, and finance. You'll take ownership of your own projects and see your work directly influence kinoora's growth. This isn't a typical support-only internship. You'll have ownership, creative freedom, and the chance to drive projects and ideas from scratch.
  • Early-Stage Impact: Join at the ground level and help shape the future of a company that's challenging the status quo in film. There's significant room for personal growth and a pathway to a full-time role as we scale.
