We're transforming a $1 trillion logistics market, and we need a Lead Product Manager who builds products with impact and teaches others to do the same. You'll turn complex freight forwarding challenges into simple, powerful solutions that shippers, carriers, and operators want to use every day. This isn't about endless roadmaps or feature factories. Working with our diverse team you'll build products that make a difference—where every decision is driven by real customer impact and validated through experimentation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO …
Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team with clear accountability and outcomes focusTurn stingy logistics problems into clear opportunities that drive business resultsDrive strategic product initiatives across teams and mentor PMs across our organization, sharing deep product craft expertiseBreak big ideas into small pieces you can test quickly with real usersUse (Gen)AI-powered tools (Loveable, Cursor, Bolt, Replit) to build functional prototypes and validate concepts rapidly.Design experiments that prove or kill hypotheses using data and customer feedbackGet scrappy with resources to prove concepts before major investmentsPartner with leadership to drive organic & Product Led Growth (PLG) strategy based on differentiation (Jobs to be Done)Identify and scope new opportunities that differentiate our product and drive conversion & retentionIntegrate AI capabilities that make our product development more effective and efficient
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR..
8+ years in product management, with 5+ years in senior roles at high-growth tech companiesDeep product discovery, validation, and delivery expertise. Proven track record building effective cross-functional teams and fostering outcomes-driven culture.Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, B2B SaaS, or marketplace businesses is preferredA Product Leader who knows what good looks like and can mentor others and has built high-performing teams.Relentlessly Customer-Focused with expertise in experimentation, outcome & metrics definition, and setting direction. AI-Curious Builder who's intrinsically motivated to master emerging tools. You can't resist (low traffic) experimenting with AI-powered development to build better products faster.Scale-up-Minded Leader who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
