Nexxen Fraud Alert and Notice: Protect Yourself from Impersonation and Fraudulent Activity

Nexxen is looking for [All Genders] a highly motivated, results driven, Director, Demand Platform Partnership to join the EMEA team and help grow and sustain Supply Side Platform ("SSP") relationships.
Each Day Can Be Different Here At Nexxen, But Some Of The Things You Can Expect To Be Doing Daily Are

• Expand marketshare throughout Germany with a programmatic and managed service focus.
• Build deep relationships with senior leadership at advertising agencies and advertising brands.
• Expand the tier 1 publisher footprint in Germany.
• Will drive incremental value through existing partnerships through sales, operational optimisations, and partner relationship management
• Work closely with demand facilitation teams within Nexxen to ensure publisher revenue growth in Nexxen SSP
• Work with internal teams including product to create new technologies to grow business with DSPs /Agencies
• Build processes around quarterly and annual business reviews including data analysis and presentation creation
• Coordinate with global teams to build growth strategies
• Expertly communicate Nexxen capabilities, differentiators, and product suite effectively to clients through various means (email, phone, in-person, conferences, networking events, etc).
• Role is based in Düsseldorf

What Will I Bring?

• 10+ years' experience in agency, publisher, programmatic, DSP, SSP, or exchange environment  in the Germany digital media market, preferably in Dusseldorf
• Understanding of RTB, PMP, and video / CTV
• Ability to learn and contribute quickly
• Solid analytical and decision making skills
• Outstanding time management
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment
• Ability to work well both independently and with a team
• Can work closely with internal product teams to solve issues
• Balancing account management capabilities with new business priorities
• Strong written and spoken communication skills  - MUST be fluent in German and English languages
