Unser Kunde, ein international erfolgreicher Hersteller von Verbindungslösungen für die Elektronikindustrie sucht zur Verstärkung des Vertriebs ein Field Sales Engineer (m/w/d) für die Region Nordrhein-Westfalen. Das Unternehmen ist privat geführt, wirtschaftlich sehr stabil und verfügt über eine starke globale Präsenz mit zahlreichen Standorten weltweit.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für den Umsatz und die technische Betreuung im definierten Vertriebsgebiet
  • Aktive Gewinnung neuer OEM-Kunden sowie Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Analyse technischer Anforderungen und Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Lösungen gemeinsam mit den internen Fachabteilungen
  • Betreuung und Entwicklung der regionalen Distributionspartner, inklusive gemeinsamer Kundenbesuche
  • Teilnahme an regionalen Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen zur Produktpräsentation
  • Technische und kommerzielle Unterstützung von EMS-Kunden in der Region
  • Eigenständige Pflege der CRM-Daten und regelmäßiges Reporting an das Management
Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb – idealerweise im OEM-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Komponenten (z. B. elektromechanisch, Halbleiter) wünschenswert
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Begeisterung für Technik und Freude am aktiven B2B-Vertrieb
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gültiger Führerschein sowie Reisebereitschaft (ca. 50 %)
  • Technisches Verständnis im Bereich Elektronik oder Verbindungstechnik von Vorteil – umfassende Produktschulung wird angeboten
