Your QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum 5+ years of experience in equipment and process engineering focused on CVD, dielectric, and metal deposition within a semiconductor fabrication environment (FAB)Proven expertise in deposition process development and optimization, including CVD, or PVD techniquesStrong data analysis skills, with proficiency in process control methodologies (e.g., SPC) tailored to deposition processesExcellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing process inefficienciesStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and provide training to staffKnowledge of safety and regulatory standards relevant to semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly concerning deposition technologiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentOur work culturePeople Over Processes.
