Your Mission
Drive the success and growth of Trench Group in
Germany As the primary contact for our key customers, you build strong and
sustainable relationships, represent our comprehensive product range, and
identify new business opportunities. Through your strategic planning and
dynamic execution, you enhance our market presence and revenue. With your sense
for market trends and competitive activities, you secure our competitive
advantage and drive innovations. At conferences and trade shows, you are the

Your Tasks:
  • Maintaining & expanding customer relationships: You manage and
    develop existing relationships with our key customers, particularly
    transmission system operators (TSOs) and distribution system operators (DSOs)
    in the region. You are the primary contact for our customers and represent the
    entire product range and services of Trench Group.
  • Strategic planning & implementation: You identify goals, strategies, and action plans to improve
    short- and long-term order intake and profit. You develop and implement
    measures to increase our market presence and revenue.
    • Expanding the sales
    network: You expand and optimize the sales network within Germany for our
    products.
  • Market analysis & knowledge management: You collect, analyze, and
    disseminate relevant information (customer purchasing behavior, industry,
    market, competitors, and portfolio information) to promote business
    development. You observe and analyze market trends and competitive activities.
  • Lead generation: You conduct proactive and systematic market observation with
    the goal of identifying new business opportunities and leads.
  • Event
    management: You plan, organize, and participate in conferences and trade shows.
    You represent our company at industry events and ensure a positive public
    image.
  • Reporting: You conduct forecasts, reports, and win-loss analyses, and
    create performance reports to derive strategic measures.


Requirements:
  • Experience & education: Solid experience in technical sales,
    combined with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering,
    mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • Expertise: Good knowledge
    of high-voltage products and related markets. Experience in working with TSOs
    and DSOs is highly desirable.
  • Skills & attributes: Self-motivation combined
    with organizational skills as well as good customer and negotiation skills.
    Customer-oriented personality with flexibility, creativity, and a positive
    mindset.
  • Language skills: Fluent German and English skills are a must for
    this position.
  • Willingness to travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the
    time.
