Your tasks

  • Are you passionate about the service industry? Install our systems and products, perform commissioning and maintenance. Analyze and troubleshoot malfunctions in our products and accessories, such as intercom and video systems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Do you enjoy working with people? With us, you'll train our customers' staff on our products, ensuring smooth product commissioning.
  • Your strong willingness to help sets you apart? Independently conduct customer consultations regarding malfunctions or spare parts questions.

  • Qualification: Vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, electromechanics or a comparable field
  • Ideally, several years of professional experience in the service sector.
  • Class B car driving licence
  • PC skills in software and hardware
  • Good German skills
  • Customer and service orientation
