Gegründet 2024, unterstützt vom dänischen Impact-Fonds KRING und mit Hauptsitz in Berlin, baut aescolab sein B2C- und B2B-Angebot in Deutschland und darüber hinaus kontinuierlich aus.

Warum diese Rolle wichtig ist

In deiner Rolle als Junior Operations Manager übernimmst du zentrale Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft und darüber hinaus. Du arbeitest direkt mit unserem COO zusammen und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Partner professionell betreut werden, interne Prozesse reibungslos ablaufen und neue Projekte zuverlässig umgesetzt werden. Dein Beitrag ist entscheidend für die Qualität und Weiterentwicklung unserer operativen Strukturen.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben


• Eigenverantwortliches Management unserer Blutabnahmepartner – vom Erstkontakt über das Onboarding bis zur laufenden Betreuung


• Durchführung von Erstgesprächen mit neuen potenziellen Partnern


• Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Onboarding-Unterlagen, Präsentationen und Prozessdokumentationen


• Qualitätsmanagement und enge Begleitung bestehender Partnerpraxen


• Unterstützung im Kundensupport, insbesondere bei operativen Fragestellungen


• Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung interner Abläufe und Strukturen


• Aufsetzen und Weiterentwickeln von Prozessen mit Tools wie Notion, Google Drive oder Asana


• Übernahme von Projektmanagement-Aufgaben, auch in übergreifenden Bereichen


• Unterstützung bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten – z. B. im Bereich App-Optimierung, neue Produkte oder Website-Inhalte


• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem COO bei operativen und strategischen Themen


• Mitarbeit an konkreten, praxisnahen Projekten mit sichtbarem Ergebnis

Qualifikation

Arbeitsweise & Standort

Diese Rolle ist als Hybrid-Stelle angelegt – eine ausschließliche Remote-Arbeit ist nicht möglich. Du arbeitest entweder im Büro in Berlin oder im Büro in Bayreuth und kombinierst das mit Remote-Tagen nach Absprache.

Auch wenn du überwiegend im Home Office arbeitest, ist uns ein regelmäßiger persönlicher Austausch wichtig. Eine Anwesenheit alle ein bis zwei Wochen vor Ort reicht jedoch aus, um eng und effizient im Team zusammenzuarbeiten.

Dein Profil


• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Management, Gesundheitswesen oder einem vergleichbaren Feld


• Erste praktische Erfahrungen, z.B. im Operations-, Projekt- oder Prozessmanagement – idealerweise im Startup- oder Healthtech-Umfeld


• Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise


• Hohe Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein


• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen digitalen Tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Asana o. ä.)


• Interesse an Gesundheit, Prävention und datengetriebenen Lösungen


• Proaktive, hands-on Mentalität und Lust, in einem schnell wachsenden Startup Verantwortung zu übernehmen


• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
