YOUR ROLE
As a
Senior Product Manager
, you own the vision, strategy, and execution for one of our core product areas, driving innovation at the intersection of AI, PLG, and industrial maintenance. You'll lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers, turning complex industry challenges into scalable, intelligent solutions that make our users' work radically more efficient.

This position is office-based (hybrid) in Munich
, combining in-person collaboration with flexibility and autonomy.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the entire product creation process. From discovery to delivery, rollout and refinement - identify opportunities, validate ideas, and translate continuous insights into impactful product experiences.
• Shape the future of AI-driven maintenance. Define how AI, industrial data, and intelligent automation can transform how industrial companies operate and maintain their assets.
• Drive measurable outcomes. Prioritize ruthlessly to deliver what matters most - ensuring every release moves us closer to a world-class product-market fit.
• Champion the user. Immerse yourself in our customers' world - from factory floors to maintenance operations - to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and aspirations. Join our next customer tours.
• Lead with clarity and purpose. Align your squad around a bold vision and crisp strategy. Break down complex problems into actionable, data-informed decisions and deliverables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and your product peers to ensure smooth execution and powerful outcomes.
• Measure, learn, and iterate. Use product analytics, usage- and market insights to continuously optimize user experience and business impact.

YOUR PROFILE

• End-to-end builder mindset. You love working from zero to one, as much as from one to scale - balancing user empathy with commercial acumen.
• Fluent in Product Discovery and Product Delivery. You're adept at leveraging user research, deep research, experimentation, and agile delivery (shape up, scrum or kanban) to build products that matter.
• Curious and analytical. You thrive on data, insight, and iteration. You see metrics not as vanity, but as a compass.
• Empathic leader and communicator. You inspire cross-functional teams and bring clarity in complexity through excellent communication, teamwork, and assertiveness.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1), written and spoken.
• AI-savvy (or at least AI-curious). You're excited about how AI will reshape productivity, customer experience, and software design - and eager to apply it.
• Growth mindset. You see challenges as opportunities to learn, improve, and innovate - and bring positive energy to your team.
• 4+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B SaaS - ideally with exposure to AI/ML products, industrial tech, or complex workflow software.
