Senior Product Manager - Healthcare SaaS (w/m/d) in Vollzeit.

Aufgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des Requirement Engineerings.
  • Übersetzung und Vermittlung von Anforderungen zwischen Management und Entwicklungsteams, mit dem Ziel, ein gemeinsames Verständnis auf beiden Seiten zu schaffen.
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Produkt-Roadmap/ des Product Backlogs sowie Teilnahme and Produktstrategie-Meetings
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung des R&D-Teams während der Implementierungsphase
  • Durchführung von Wettbewerbs- und Marktanalysen
  • Mitwirkung im Usability Engineering Prozess
  • Funktion als interner Produktexperte und zentrale Ansprechperson für alle produktbezogenen Fragestellungen
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen Fachbereich oder mit Schwerpunkt Produktmanagement.
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement innerhalb einer Softwareumgebung.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen bzw. im Medizinproduktumfeld sind zwingend erforderlich.
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
  • Fundierte technische Expertise in der Arbeit mit Softwareprodukten sowie in der Definition und Spezifikation von Anforderungen.
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung agiler Entwicklungsmethoden
  • Grundkenntnisse weiterer Projektmanagement-Methoden
  • Analytische und strukturierte Herangehensweise bei der Lösung komplexer technischer Fragestellungen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit interdisziplinären Teams und Stakeholdern.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Usability Engineering.
  • Sehr gute Dokumentationsfähigkeiten mit einem hohen Anspruch an Qualität, Struktur und Sorgfalt.
