Das erwartet Dich bei uns
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsleitung von endios an zentralen strategischen Aufgaben.
  • Du identifizierst und bewertest neue Märkte geografisch und thematisch.
  • Du entwickelst, analysierst und evaluierst Geschäftsmodelle sowie strategische Initiativen.
  • Du analysierst Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten, um frühzeitig strategische Handlungsfelder zu erkennen.
  • Du setzt strategische Projekte mit Fokus auf Wachstum und Innovation um.
  • Du förderst eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit und schlanke, schnelle Prozesse.
  • Du realisierst erfolgreiche Projekte mit internen und externen Partnern.
Dein Background
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet mit hervorragenden akademischen Leistungen.
  • Du verfügst über mind. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Top-Management-Beratung oder in einer strategischen Führungsposition.
  • Du kannst komplexe Herausforderungen schnell analysieren und proaktiv innovative Lösungen entwickeln.
  • Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Denkweise, kombiniert mit hohem Organisationsgeschick und Präzision.
  • Du schätzt die Arbeit in einem dynamischen und anspruchsvollen Umfeld und bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung sowie Projektmanagement- und Umsetzungskompetenz mit.
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du bist bereit mind. 2 Tage pro Woche in unser Hamburger Büro zu kommen.
