Senior Manager AI Strategy (m/w/d)

Das ist deine Aufgabe

Als Senior Manager AI Strategy (m/w/d) übernimmst du die strategische Verantwortung für alle KI-Initiativen im Unternehmen. Du agierst als Brücke zwischen Business und Technologie und treibst die unternehmensweite KI-Transformation voran. Hierbei wirst du insbesondere

  • Innovationen vorantreiben – neue Ansätze testen, Business Impact messen und Trends antizipieren
  • eine unternehmensweite KI-Strategie - abgestimmt auf die Geschäftsziele - entwickeln und umsetzen
  • Governance-Strukturen definieren – inklusive Frameworks, Compliance und einem KI-Governance-Board
  • als Product Owner strategische KI-Initiativen steuern
  • Stakeholder-Management betreiben – inkl. C-Level, IT, externen Partnern und Industrievertretung
  • die Organisation befähigen – durch Talententwicklung, Upskilling und Change Management

Das bringst du mit

  • Strategisches und organisatorisches Denkvermögen – du verstehst komplexe Strukturen und digitale Reifegrade
  • Führungskompetenz und Einflussnahme
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Governance-Strukturen und CoEs
  • Kenntnisse in modernen KI-Plattformen (z. B. Azure AI, AWS AI, GenAI, LLMs)
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung (Strategie/Technologie) ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in Unternehmensumfeldern – SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Soft Skills – Stakeholder-Management, Verhandlungsgeschick und inspirierende Führung
  • Erfahrung mit Responsible AI / Ethik in der KI
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Skalierung von KI-Initiativen – von Pilot bis Enterprise
