We are seeking a proactive and analytical FP&A Manager to join our growing Finance team. You will play a critical role in shaping Quantum-Systems' financial architecture, long-term forecasting, and reporting infrastructure as we evolve into a mature, globally integrated organization. This position requires a blend of financial modeling expertise, business partnering, and strategic acumen. You'll work closely with leadership across engineering, production, sales, and R&D to ensure financial clarity and drive informed decision-making

What is your Day-to-Day Mission:
Strategic Financial Planning

• Own and continuously improve the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range plan (LRP) to align with company OKRs and strategic goals.
• Build bottom-up financial models covering hardware, software (recurring SaaS), and services revenue streams.
• Support scenario planning and stress testing for key strategic initiatives, product launches, and global expansion efforts.

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare monthly management reports and board materials, analyzing performance vs. forecast and identifying key business drivers.
• Enhance visibility into unit economics, margin development, and capital efficiency across global subsidiaries.
• Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI and contribute to Anaplan model design and governance.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with department heads to translate operational metrics into actionable financial insights.
• Support pricing, manufacturing cost analysis, and revenue forecasting for large-scale government contracts.
• Advise leadership on investment prioritization, R&D ROI, and market expansion strategies.

Financial Process Optimization & Maturity

• Drive the standardization and automation of financial processes to support scalable global operations.
• Implement controls and ensure data integrity in line with best-in-class corporate governance practices (IFRS / US-GAAP).
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP integration, Anaplan automation, and audit preparedness.
• Partner with Corporate Development on valuation modeling and strategic investment analysis.

What you bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• 2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting (ideally in tech, aerospace, or manufacturing).
• Deep proficiency in Excel / Power BI and financial modeling; experience with Anaplan is highly advantageous.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation and IFRS reporting standards.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English required; German at C1 level is a strong plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment under tight timelines
