Senior Construction Manager

As a Senior Construction Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of new fulfillment center projects, including extensions and renovations across multiple European markets.
Your mission will be to ensure that every facility is designed and built safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget — supporting Rohlik's operational growth and automation ambitions.

You will:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of construction projects – from due diligence and permitting to contracting and execution.

  • Oversee multiple sites, coordinating suppliers, contractors, and local authorities.

  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.

  • Ensure technical specifications and design standards are met at every stage.

  • Drive project performance in safety, quality, cost, and timelines.

  • Represent Rohlik as a trusted partner for external stakeholders, ensuring our values of innovation, reliability, and sustainability are reflected in every project.

What we expect from youRequired:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management — ideally in industrial or large-scale projects.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, legal regulations, and compliance standards.

  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence multiple stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools and methodologies.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience managing international construction projects.
