The CIO Office team supports the leadership of the Public Markets and Private Markets Investment Platform with strategy development and implementation, project management, governance tasks, budget management and business data analytics.

As a Business Manager for Multi Asset you will focus on to support the development and oversight for AllianzGI's Multi Asset business. You will work closely with the CIO Multi Asset and his leadership as well as the team colleagues within the Investment Business Management/CIO Office area.

This role is based in our Frankfurt office.

What You Will Do

• Support the CIO Multi Asset in the daily management, development and positioning of AllianzGI's investment setup in the Multi Asset area
• Prepare business cases, decision papers and management presentations in strong collaboration with senior decision makers across the company
• Contribute to and manage initiatives and projects to drive efficiency, profitability, competitiveness and growth of AllianzGI's Multi Asset business
• Participate as a representative of the Multi Asset asset class in various types of internal and cross-functional topics and working groups
• Support the budget management & financial controlling/ steering of the Multi Asset area
• Be responsible for coordinating and documenting Multi Asset management meetings and governance elements.

What You Bring

• Academic degree in business administration, finance or economics, with excellent results
• Relevant experience in the financial industry or as a consultant
• Keen interest in and talent for business management related topics
• High interest in Multi Asset business and portfolio management related topics
• Outstanding PowerPoint and Excel skills required
• Confidence to deal with large and complex data sets
• Experience in leading/coordinating projects
• Feeling comfortable with senior management exposure
• Ability to think strategically
• High degree of self-organization and pro-active attitude
• Ability to deal with time pressure and multiple topics at the same time
• Proficiency in both German and English, any other language is a plus
• Proven experience in the Multi Asset area (either via Investment or project role) would be a plus
• Good knowledge of AllianzGI and the structure/setup of its investment platform would be a plus.
