Zusammen mit der Region Hannover und dem öffentlichen Verkehrsunternehmen Hannovers, ÜSTRA, betreiben wir seit über vier Jahren den "sprinti", eines der erfolgreichsten On-Demand-ÖPNV-Projekte in Deutschland, mit rund Fahrgästen pro Monat.

Als Fleet Manager (m/w/d) wirst du die täglichen Abläufe und die Leistung unserer Fahrzeugflotte für den "sprinti"-Service in Hannover überwachen. Du arbeitest mit Kolleg:innen aus aller Welt zusammen und eng mit dem lokalen Team, um sicherzustellen, dass die Flotte sicher, gut gewartet und einsatzbereit ist. Die Rolle ist praxisnah und abwechslungsreich, wodurch du schnell lernen kannst und die direkte Wirkung deiner Arbeit auf das Unternehmen und die Community siehst.

Was Du bei uns machen wirst: 

  • Sicherstellen, dass die sprinti-Flotte in einwandfreiem Zustand bleibt, indem du die täglichen Abläufe proaktiv managst und die wichtigsten Leistungskennzahlen erfüllst
  • Koordinieren, Nachverfolgen und Priorisieren von Wartungsarbeiten und Fahrzeugprüfungen mit Partnern, Dienstleistern und lokalen Flottenverantwortlichen
  • Echtzeit-Statusupdates kommunizieren und die Flottenleistung intern sowie extern sichtbar machen
  • Stakeholder-Beziehungen pflegen und starke Arbeitsbeziehungen zu Partnern, Dienstleistern, Fahrer:innen und weiteren Beteiligten aufbauen
  • Zusammenarbeit über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg, um skalierbare Prozesse und Tools zu entwickeln, die Effizienz und Leistung steigern

Wer Du bist: 

  • Zuverlässig und pünktlich: du bist eine verlässliche:r Mitarbeiter:in und Kollege:in
  • Eigeninitiative; du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: du packst aktiv an und löst Probleme, sobald sie auftreten
  • Ruhig und souverän unter Stress, mit dem richtigen Ton gegenüber Managementebene der Partner oder unseren Fahrer:innen
  • Fließend Deutsch (C1 oder höher) und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse (tägliche Kommunikation mit internationalen Kolleg:innen)
  • Gültiger Führerschein Klasse B in Deutschland
  • Dir ist es möglich, vor Ort in den Service-Depots von Via in Hannover zu arbeiten
