Role Overview

As a Junior Project Controller, you will support the financial and project performance management of a large-scale pharmaceutical capital expenditure (CAPEX) project. Under the guidance of senior controllers and project managers, you will monitor cost, schedule, and progress reporting. You will also work with BIM and AWP methodologies to enhance project planning, execution, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

·       Assist in cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis for project budgets.

·       Support preparation of monthly project reporting (cost, cashflow, and schedule).

·       Contribute to the development of project performance dashboards using BIM data and AWP metrics.

·       Collaborate with project engineers, schedulers, and construction teams to integrate cost and schedule information.

·       Support risk and change management processes by collecting, validating, and reporting data.

·       Learn and apply BIM and AWP principles in project controls activities.

·       Ensure compliance with corporate finance and project governance standards.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

· –3 years of relevant experience in project controls, preferably in construction, engineering, or pharmaceutical projects.

·       Basic understanding of CAPEX project lifecycles and financial principles.

·       Exposure to BIM or AWP is an advantage (training will be provided).

·       Strong analytical and MS Excel skills; knowledge of project control software (e.g., Primavera P6, EcoSys, SAP) is a plus.

·       Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
