Your Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable operational and administrative support to the Director Product Merchandise Management and the Merchandising Team, ensuring smooth processes and enabling a focus on strategic priorities
  • Prepare and refine strategic presentation documents for internal team meetings as well as cross-functional meetings
  • Support the department with administrative tasks including calendar management, travel arrangements, and travel expense reports
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate data handling and systematic file upkeep, ensuring all documentation is current and organized
  • Assist the team in planning and coordinating offsites, events, and key go-to-market meetings
  • Contribute to consumer and market research projects, providing insights and support for decision-making
  • Support cross-functional collaboration initiatives, helping ensure smooth communication across departments

YOUR PROFILE

  • Enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • First experience as a working student or intern is a plus
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Collaborative, team-first attitude with a focus on supporting the Director and the team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Strong interests in fashion, consumers, and emerging trends
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in German & English
