The European market has always been our main customer source. And we want to grow our market share even more with youYou will be part of Fuda's very first local sales team in Europe, a pioneering group driving our growth and shaping the future of our business in this market.

Working hours: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Independent customer acquisition: We expect you to independently acquire new customers, from lead generation to conclusion of sales deals, with a focus on building long-term business relationships.
  • Customer requests respond and coordination with internal departments: We value our customers' voice. Therefore, their requests will need to be processed in a timely manner. Of course, our internal departments will provide strong help to you, so cooperative ability is highly valued.
  • Participation in national and international trade fairs: You will need to attend various fairs to identify new business opportunities and communicate with our existing customers.
  • Customer visits in Germany and Europe: Frequent travel is necessary for this position. You will personally visits to customers in both Germany and other European countries to strengthen relationships and explore business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in international sales of technical products, experience in bearing sales is a bug plus
  • Experience in downstream industries of bearing, such as automobile, industrial motor, household appliances etc., is a big plus
  • Fluency in English; German or other languages are a plus
  • Result-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, extroverted personality
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work in a global environment
