Darauf Kannst Du Dich Freuen
Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung unterstützt Du die Arbeitgeberseite inhaltlich bei der

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Verhandlungen mit dem Gesamtbetriebsrat (z. B. Vorbereitung und Begleitung der Gremiensitzungen von der Erarbeitung der Entwürfe von Gesamtbetriebsvereinbarungen bis zu deren Ausfertigung und Kommunikation an die Mitarbeiter/-innen)
  • Vorbereitung der Sitzungen des Wirtschaftsausschusses
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen der Fachbereiche mit arbeitsrechtsrechtlichem Schwerpunkt

Darauf Freuen Wir Uns

  • Laufendes juristisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (auch Fachhochschule)
  • Erste Erfahrungen im HR sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office – insb. MS-Word und Powerpoint)
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägter Servicegedanke
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Du suchst für die Dauer von sechs bis zwölf Monaten eine Werkstudententätigkeit, hierfür stehst Du dem Unternehmen ca. 15 Stunden pro Woche zur Verfügung.
