Founded in 2020, Yepoda is based in the heart of Berlin and is powered by over 110 brilliant individuals from around the globe who are actively writing our story.
We're looking for a dedicated New Store Opening Manager to manage and execute our pop-up and store openings, bringing Yepoda's K-Beauty experience to life for customers. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about retail operations, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our retail presence.
Your TasksOversee the opening and smooth running of pop-up stores and new retail locations, ensuring stock levels, tech setup, and staff training are all in place
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to guarantee seamless store execution
Deliver a premium customer experience by ensuring exceptional in-store service and product knowledge
Manage store setup and visual merchandising in line with Yepoda's brand standards
Plan and execute retail-specific marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales
Collaborate with store managers and teams to ensure operational efficiency and premium customer experiences
Experience in retail management, ideally in beauty or luxury retail
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable in-store experiences
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
