Cybex is looking for a
Deputy Store Manager
for our new
Flagship Store in Berlin
. The purpose of the role is to lead and manage Store Team to deliver excellent experience to our consumers through our retail environment with the goal of increasing consumer satisfaction, brand engagement and conversion during the whole consumer journey. You will work in an international working environment with a global scope.

Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver premium brand experience for our newly opened store. Assume Store Manager responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Growing Store Sales and providing excellent levels of services
  • Propose and implement of actions to boost sales and monitor their effectiveness
  • Implement actions to build and grow community
  • Actively monitor consumer satisfaction, drive excellence and continuous improvement in consumer service and experience
  • Support recruiting, managing, leading and supporting the development of the Store Team
  • Support manage stock on excellent level
  • Ensure compliance with CYBEX policies and procedures, comply with security standards to maintain a safe shopping and working environment
  • Actively monitor store quality, drive excellence and continuous improvement in store appearance
  • Support managing and controlling costs and overhead, all factors and KPI's affecting the profitability of the store

Profile of Qualification:

  • Relevant education at minimum completed apprenticeship in sales, commercial or similar
  • Some years of experience in luxury, premium high end retail or juvenile industry
  • First leadership experience
  • Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
  • Proactive attitude with an interest in design & fashion
  • Ability to exercise good judgement and decision making skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & affinity in the usage of POS systems
  • Inspirational, passionate, energetic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility, adaptability, hands-on mentality
