We are looking for an experienced Territory Account Manager for Enterprise Accounts in the DACH region. In this key role, you will drive strategic growth across large enterprise organizations in both IT and OT environments. You will be responsible for expanding our footprint, building strong executive-level relationships, and executing a long-term success strategy for WALLIX in the region.
Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across IT and OT, promoting the full WALLIX offering.
Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities in close collaboration with our VAD/VAR network and technology partners.
Build and execute account plans and territory strategies to achieve revenue targets (attractive commission plan).
Understand the customer ecosystem, industry challenges, and vendor landscape to establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
Build and maintain a strong network of executive and operational contacts within target accounts and partners.
Represent WALLIX as the main field contact for prospects, customers, and partners in the region.
Work closely with Inside Sales to generate meetings, pipeline, and new opportunities.
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers (C-level, IT/OT leaders) and define tailored strategies to position WALLIX solutions.
Meet or exceed assigned sales quota and provide accurate weekly forecasts, reports, and activity updates.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent WALLIX and strengthen our market presence.
Report directly to the Sales Manager.
Profil recherché
About You
Minimum 5 years of direct sales or territory management experience in the cybersecurity industry, ideally selling to large enterprise customers.
Strong understanding of IT and OT cybersecurity strategies and the ability to articulate customer needs clearly.
Proven track record of developing enterprise accounts, managing complex sales cycles, and driving long-term growth.
Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to manage a demanding pipeline.
Passionate about cybersecurity and able to communicate its value effectively at both technical and executive levels.
Willing to travel across the region for customer meetings and occasionally to HQ or other locations.
Proficient with Salesforce (SFDC) and MS Office tools.
Native German speaker, fluent in English; French is a plus.
