Ziel: Aufbau neuer Arbeitgeberkontakte und Kooperationspartner in Deutschland (Kliniken, Pflegeeinrichtungen, Hotels, Logistikunternehmen, Ausbildungsbetriebe etc.)

Karriere Bruecke International ist ein internationales Recruiting-Unternehmen mit Standorten in Deutschland, Marokko und Tunesien.
Wir vermitteln qualifizierte Auszubildende und Fachkräfte nach Deutschland – in Bereichen wie Pflege, Hotellerie, Gastronomie und Logistik.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort engagierte Kooperationsmanager:innen (m/w/d), die unser Netzwerk an Arbeitgebern erweitern und langfristige Partnerschaften aufbauen möchten.
Deine Aufgaben:
Akquise neuer Kooperationspartner (Kliniken, Hotels, Ausbildungsbetriebe, Speditionen, Pflegeeinrichtungen usw.)
Ausbau bestehender Kontakte
Vermittlung von Ausbildungsplätzen und Fachstellen für unsere Kandidat:innen
Kommunikation zwischen Arbeitgebern und Karriere Bruecke
Dein Profil:
Erfahrung im Bereich Recruiting, Bildung, Pflege oder Personalvermittlung
Bestehendes Netzwerk zu Arbeitgebern in Deutschland (Pflege, Logistik, Hotellerie etc.)
Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Beratung
Bereitschaft, erfolgsorientiert auf Provisionsbasis zu arbeiten
