B2B Marketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of driving enterprise lead generation and brand visibility for our B2B solutions. You will manage demand generation campaigns, optimize funnels, and help position our technical solutions in ways that resonate with decision-makers. This is a hands-on marketing role, combining strategic thinking with operational execution.

Plan and execute B2B demand generation and lead acquisition campaigns.

Manage and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.

Translate complex technical offerings into compelling marketing messages.

Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform campaigns.

Collaborate with content creators and the SEO team to deliver aligned, high-quality materials.

Track, report, and analyze performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.

Build brand visibility through enterprise-focused campaigns and content.

4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or related industries.

Demonstrated success in lead generation, demand generation, and funnel management.

Ability to simplify and position technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Proficient in marketing automation, reporting, and campaign analytics.

Strong communication and collaboration skills in English (German a plus).

Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
