Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitende Funktion für das Culinary Product Development Team: Entwicklung, Talentförderung, Konsistenz, Qualität, Produktivität
  • Enge fachliche Abstimmung mit dem Menüentwicklungsteam, der Qualitätssicherung, Innovation-/Celebrity-Köchen, Lieferanten und Kunden
  • Entwicklung/Optimierung von innovativen Menüs, Komponenten und Konzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklungsteam unter Berücksichtigung von Trends, Marktforschung und
  • Marktanalyse.
  • Planung/Durchführung von Workshops und Menüpräsentationen; Sicherstellung von Kundenerwartungen (Präsentation, Innovation, Sortiment, Menüspezifikationen, kulinarische Kompetenz)
  • Pflege von Beziehungen zu internen/externen Kunden mit Fokus auf Produkt, Qualität, Proaktivität und Umsetzung; Erfüllung von Evertaste-Geschäftszielen
  • Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen zu Lebensmittelsicherheit, Gesundheit, Sicherheit, Umwelt; Teilnahme an Messen/Workshops mit Lieferanten
  • Produktbewertungen, Kunden-/Interne Bewertungen, Feedback an Partner; Teilnahme an Jour Fix und Sensorik-Reviews; Prüfung technischer/logistischer Spezifikationen
  • Rezepturausarbeitung unter Budget/Cost Design; Kosteneffizienz durch optimale
  • Produktionstechnik

Voraussetzungen:

  • *Abgeschlossene Koch-Ausbildung; Master von Vorteil
  • *Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in leitender Funktion, internationale Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Produktentwicklung/Produktionstechniken (wünschenswert in Airline
  • Catering und/oder Erfahrung in industrieller Lebensmittelproduktion)
  • HACCP/IFS-Kenntnisse; Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Lebensmittelkenntnisse, kaufmännisches Bewusstsein, Zeitmanagement; kulinarisches Verständnis (lokale/internationale Küche, Trends)
  • Kenntnisse zu neuen Produktionsverfahren + HALAL
  • gute MS-Office- und ERP-Kenntnisse (idealerweise BaaN LN); Verständnis von Fertigungsprozessen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick; sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Kreativität und
  • Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • *Führerschein und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands und teilweise Europa
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke, Zahlen- und Analysestärke
