Von Strategie und Social-First-Kampagnen über Videoproduktion und Creator Programmen bis hin zum Community Management: Wir betreuen Marken wie Spotify, Zalando, Lidl oder Burger King ganzheitlich im echten 360-Grad-Ansatz.

Das erwartet dich in deinem Job:

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Kanal- und Content-Strategien für Social-First-Kampagnen

  • strategische Beratung von Kund*innen über den gesamten Projektverlauf hinweg

  • Übersetzung von Kundenbriefings in überzeugende Strategie-Präsentationen mit Markt- und Zielgruppenanalyse, Insights, Messaging, Tone of Voice und Markenpositionierung

  • Analyse von Daten und die Ableitung daraus resultierender Insights

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Präsentationen und Pitches

  • Auswertung von Daten und Erstellung von Reports, um Erfolge sichtbar zu machen

Diese Eigenschaften zeichnen dich aus:

  • Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Marken- und Kampagnenstrategien für Kunden

  • Du hast starke Präsentations-, Kommunikations- und Copywriting-Skills

  • Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Internet- und Popkultur

  • Du denkst strategisch und verstehst Zielgruppen, Markttrends und Kundenbedürfnisse

  • Du bist analytisch stark und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge klar strukturieren

  • Du arbeitest organisiert, auch unter Zeitdruck und bei mehreren Projekten

  • Hervorragende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
