Das erwartet dich

  • Auf Basis großer Datenmengen in unserer Azure-Umgebung entwickelst du datengetriebene Finance- und Controlling-Lösungen – von Forecasting über Szenarioanalysen bis hin zu Kosten- und Profitabilitätsmodellen
  • Internationale Finanzprozesse wie Abschluss, Planung, Reporting, Tax und Procurement nimmst du genau unter die Lupe und deckst Optimierungspotenziale auf, u.a. mithilfe von klassischem Process Mining
  • Du konzipierst und betreibst skalierbare Datenpipelines sowie Modelle in Azure Databricks und unserem Financial Data Lake. Dabei stellst du die Anbindung relevanter Quellsysteme sicher und sorgst für eine hohe Datenqualität
  • Mit analytischen Modellen und relevanten Kennzahlen lieferst du die Basis für fundierte Managementinformationen - Reporting- und Dashboard-Lösungen setzt du dort ein, wo sie echten Mehrwert schaffen
  • Der Aufbau, die Weiterentwicklung und die Governance unseres Financial Data Lakes unter Einsatz moderner Azure-Komponenten wie Databricks, Data Lake, Data Factory oder Synapse liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Außerdem integrierst du punktuell Generative-AI-Komponenten, z. B. für Dokumentenanalyse, textbasierte Management-Summaries oder Assistenzfunktionen, und bindest diese sinnvoll in bestehende Finanzprozesse ein

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Mathematik, Statistik, Data Science, Ökonometrie oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Controlling
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Statistik und Machine Learning (Vorhersagemodelle, Regressions- und Klassifikationsverfahren) sowie Erfahrung im Financial Modelling zeichnen dich aus
  • Python (z. B. Pandas, PySpark) beherrschst du sicher und hast praktische Erfahrung mit Azure Databricks und weiteren Azure-Services wie Data Lake, Data Factory oder Synapse
  • Erfahrung im Data Engineering (ETL/ELT, Datenmodellierung, Performance-Optimierung) in Cloud-Umgebungen bringst du ebenso mit wie ein Grundverständnis von Generative AI / LLMs und die Bereitschaft, diese verantwortungsvoll in Finance-Use-Cases einzusetzen
  • Du hast bereits erste Berufs- oder Projekterfahrung im Finanz-, Controlling- oder Accounting-Umfeld gesammelt. Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegungs- und Steuerungslogiken (HGB/IFRS, Budgetierung, Forecast) sind ein Plus
  • Eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch runden dein Profil ab
