Your Tasks

With us, you will have the opportunity to explore the perfect blend of HR and marketing while using your creative and analytical skills. As part of our team, you will support us with the following tasks:

  • Organizing career fairs, university events and workshops
  • Developing innovative HR marketing formats with a focus on social media
  • Managing employer branding projects to successfully position our employer brand #CareChangesEverything across top talents
  • Supporting online recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Managing employer rating platforms
Your Profile
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., marketing, psychology, HR management) or currently in a gap year
  • Initial practical experience in human resources and marketing
  • Very good German language skills and practical English language skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and a structured working approach
  • Open, communicative, and hands-on personality
    Based in Hamburg or willing to relocate to Hamburg for the duration of the internship
