Your Responsibilities- Im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement bist Du verantwortlich für die Koordination QM-relevanter Themen im Warmbandwerk
- Du stellst die Umsetzung der Vorgaben zur Einhaltung interner und externer Qualitätsstandards inklusive der qualitativen Bewertung von Materialstücken sowie der spezifikationsgerechten Belieferung sicher
- Zu Deinen Tätigkeiten gehört die Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von übergreifenden Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Darüber hinaus zählen sowohl die Umsetzung der internen und externen Kunden- und Qualitätsanforderungen sowie die technische Reklamationsbearbeitung und die damit zusammenhängenden Kundenbesuche zu Deinem Aufgabenfeld
- Du übernimmst die Qualifizierung von Mitarbeitenden mit Qualitätsaufgaben
- Die Koordination von QM-relevanten Themen für den gesamten Werksbereich, inklusive der Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie der Begleitung von internen Audits, externen Audits und Kundenaudits runden Dein Tätigkeitsprofil ab
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Eisenhüttenkunde, Maschinenbau oder Werkstoffwissenschaften
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist durchsetzungsstark und überzeugst durch Dein souveränes Auftreten
- Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten zählen zu Deinen Stärken
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus
