Local Walking Experience Host – Frankfurt

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Contract Type: Independent / Freelance

Compensation: approx. €125/day (depending on activity) + performance-based incentives

About the Role

We are looking for reliable and outgoing locals based in Frankfurt to host walking experiences for small groups of visitors. This role is ideal for people who enjoy sharing local knowledge, culture, and everyday life in a friendly and professional manner.

No formal guiding license is required. A good understanding of the city, clear communication, and a welcoming attitude are essential.

What You'll Do

  • Host small-group walking experiences across Frankfurt
  • Share historical, cultural, and local insights in an engaging way
  • Adapt each experience to visitor interests and pace
  • Keep experiences organized, punctual, and enjoyable
  • Answer visitor questions and offer local recommendations
  • Optionally host themed or food-related walking experiences

Profile We're Looking For

  • Good knowledge of Frankfurt's neighborhoods, landmarks, and culture
  • Comfortable speaking with visitors for several hours (3–8 hours)
  • Fluent in at least one language: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, or Portuguese
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles is a plus
