Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Document Controller Offshore (m/w/d) für ein spannendes Infrastrukturprojekt in Berlin.
Als Document Controller sind Sie die zentrale Schnittstelle für alle dokumentenbezogenen Themen – intern wie extern. Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Dokumentationsprozesse und -richtlinien ordnungsgemäß umgesetzt werden und unterstützen das Projektteam operativ bei der Verwaltung, Kontrolle und Archivierung aller relevanten Unterlagen. Ihre Erfahrung im Umgang mit DM-Systemen und Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise sind entscheidend für den Projekterfolg.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Hauptansprechpartner für alle internen und externen DM-Fragen
  • Sicherstellung eines prozesskonformen Dokumentenmanagements
  • Überwachung und Durchführung der Dokumentenkontrolle (Fristen, Workflows, Qualität, Formalitäten)
  • Unterstützung des Projektteams bei Ablage, Kennzeichnung, Kategorisierung, Verteilung und Archivierung
  • Administration des Datenmanagementsystems (Benutzerverwaltung, Rollen, Schulungen)
  • Schnittstelle zu Lieferanten und Dienstleistern zur Einhaltung der 50Hertz-Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Bestandsdokumentation und Übertragung ins AIS-System

Ihr Profil:

  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Dokumentenmanagement komplexer Infrastrukturprojekte
  • Erfahrung mit virtuellen Projektumgebungen und DM-Tools (bevorzugt ThinkProject)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS PowerPoint, Word und Excel
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Implementierung von Data-Mining-Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau)
